Capabilities

Six things, done properly, rather than everything done once.

We keep the practice deliberately narrow. If a request falls outside it, we say so on the first call and point you somewhere better.

Mobile

Mobile app development

Native and cross-platform apps for iOS and Android, including store submission, review responses, and post-launch updates.

  • Swift, Kotlin, React Native, Flutter
  • App Store and Play Console handled
  • Push, payments, offline sync

Web

Web application development

Dashboards, portals, booking systems, and internal tools. Responsive, accessible, and fast on a phone connection.

  • React, Next.js, Node, Laravel
  • Roles, permissions, billing
  • Admin panels and reporting

Backend

APIs and integrations

REST and GraphQL services, database design, third-party integrations, payment gateways, and the authentication layer underneath.

  • CRM, ERP, and accounting systems
  • Custom endpoints and webhooks
  • Migration off legacy systems

Design

Product and interface design

User flows, wireframes, and a working interface design before production code is written, so you approve the product on screen first.

  • Clickable prototypes
  • Reusable component library
  • Accessibility checked, not assumed

Quality

Testing and QA

Functional testing across real devices and browsers, plus automated coverage on the parts of the system that would hurt most if they broke.

  • Real-device test matrix
  • Automated regression suite
  • Staging environment for your team

Support

Maintenance and support

Monthly retainers covering dependency updates, OS compatibility, bug fixes, monitoring, and small feature work as your product changes.

  • Defined response windows
  • Security and dependency patching
  • Uptime monitoring and alerts

Delivery sequence

Four stages. You sign off each one before the next begins.

The order is not a formality. Each stage produces the input the next one needs, which is why scope creep has somewhere to go instead of quietly widening.

Stage 01

Scope

We map what the software has to do, agree what is out of scope, and write it into a document with a price and a delivery date attached.

Output: signed scope document and fixed price

Stage 02

Design

Flows and screens, reviewed with you before development starts. Changing a screen here costs an afternoon; changing it later costs a sprint.

Output: approved clickable prototype

Stage 03

Build

Development in two-week blocks. At the end of each one you get a working build to open on your own device, not a progress report.

Output: working build every two weeks

Stage 04

Launch

Store submission or deployment, handover of repositories and accounts, and 30 days of included fixes on anything shipped in scope.

Output: live product and all credentials

Working with us

A small studio, and honest about it.

We take on a limited number of projects at a time, which means the person who scopes your project is the person who stays on it.

That shapes what we are good for. A focused mobile app, an internal web tool, an API that has to talk to three systems that were never meant to talk to each other — those go well. A programme needing twenty engineers next month does not, and we will tell you that on the first call rather than the third invoice.

  • A written scope with a fixed price before any work starts
  • Full ownership of source code, designs, and accounts on final payment
  • Direct contact with the person building it, not an account manager
  • A named delivery date, and notice in advance if anything threatens it

Before you call

Straight answers to the usual questions

What does a project cost?

It depends on scope, so we will not print a range and pretend it means something. After the discovery call you receive a written scope with a fixed price attached, within two business days, at no charge and with no obligation.

How long does a build take?

A focused first version usually runs eight to fourteen weeks from signed scope to launch. Larger platforms run longer and are delivered in phases, so you have something usable before the final phase completes.

Do I own the code?

Yes. On final payment the repository, design files, and all accounts transfer to your business. There is no licensing arrangement and no dependency on us to keep it running.

Can you take over a project someone else started?

Often. We start with a technical audit of the existing codebase so we can tell you honestly whether continuing is cheaper than rebuilding. Sometimes it is not, and we will say so.

What happens after launch?

Thirty days of fixes on anything shipped in scope are included. After that you can move to a monthly support plan, or take the documentation and run it with your own team.

How do we communicate during the build?

One point of contact, a written update at the end of every two-week block, and a working build you can open yourself. You will always know what shipped, what is next, and whether anything is at risk.

Tell us what you're trying to build.

A short call is usually enough to tell whether it's a fit, roughly what it costs, and how long it takes.
